With the main laminating section in the middle, this unit has electric-driven platforms on both sides to hold mold platens. Pouring PU into the mid-section starts the clinkering phase, which requires 15 minutes to one hour to complete according to plate thickness and source. Operator removes finished plates out from the right platform by applying mold releasing agent, places metal sheet atop small PU blocks and locks accordingly. When clinkering on the left side is completed, the mid-section is decompressed to allow mold platens and finished plates to be removed, followed by another cycle.
